Name Your Year and Move Forward With More Confidence & Direction

“In a World Where You Can Be Anything – Be KIND.”

Caroline Flack

Writing an inspirational piece during a time when the world is in such turmoil, is not an easy challenge. It has been a rollercoaster ride for the last two years now as Australia has battled through drought, bushfires, COVID and now tragic flooding. On the other side of the world, we are watching unnecessary destruction on an unfathomable scale. This is especially surreal for someone who has woken up safely on a quiet street, with birds chirping happily in the trees outside the bedroom window.

The HuffPost has recently published an article aptly called To Anyone Feeling Guilty For Carrying On Your Life Right Now. Neil Pasricha

Name Your Year – A Simple Tool To Help You Live Your Best Life

The annual tradition called Name Your Year is an empowering tool that will help you proudly look back at the year just gone with a feeling of complete contentment. Notice how much you have grown, appreciate the lessons you have learnt and celebrate the goals you have conquered.

“Reach for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”

Norman Vincent Peale

Imagine how empowering it would be to proudly look back at the year just gone with a feeling of complete contentment. Enjoying a moment’s reflection as you notice just how much you have grown; appreciate the lessons you have learnt and celebrate the goals you have conquered.

Geez it’s a lot of pressure isn’t it? Almost a weight on your shoulders at the start of each and every year. Some feel a new year comes with a dreaded feeling of anticipation to do better or be better than the year before. But how does one measure ‘better’ anyway?

Clean Beauty Directory: Results For You While Being Kind To The planet

“As consumers, we have so much power to change the world by just being careful in what we buy.”

Put your best foot forward at the Kingsley Grove Grape Stomp

Delighted squeals from participants, reacting to their first sensations of grapes squishing between their bare toes, created curious excitement amongst spectators at the recent Kingsley Grove Grape Stomp. It is not every day you have the opportunity to step into a tub filled with cold grapes however, participating in this age-old tradition is an activity voted as an experience which should definitely be added to your bucket list.

No one will protect what they don’t care about, and no one will care about what they have never experienced.”

David Attenborough

Product Review: The World Famous Black Chicken Deodorant

Does the famous Black Chicken Deodorant Paste actually work for those living in high humidity areas? Time to try this natural beauty product out for myself.

“We don’t make skincare with the intention to look, smell or feel good; it’s created to make a difference on a physical, mental and emotional level.”

Black Chicken Remedies

Black Chicken Deodorant Paste has been recommended by more than one highly respected influencer and regularly pops up on my social media feed so, time to see what all the hype is for myself. A deodorant called Black Chicken.
